Acceptable use

group121.com gives WhatsApp groups a home page and a members area. Use it to help your community. Do not use it to harm anyone. These rules apply to admins and members, and to everything posted on a page.

• Illegal goods and services, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit items and anything that breaks the law where you or your members live.
• Adult content, including sexual content and nudity.
• Hate and harassment: attacks on people for their religion, caste, race, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability or similar traits, and threats or bullying of any kind.
• Scams and fraud, such as fake listings, pyramid schemes, phishing and requests for advance payment you do not intend to honour.
• Other people's personal data published without their consent, such as phone numbers, addresses, ID documents or private photos.
• Spam and WhatsApp automation: bulk messaging, bots, scraping, unofficial WhatsApp tools, or using pages to drive unwanted messages.
• Impersonation of another person, group, business or organisation, including pretending to be WhatsApp, Meta or group121.com.
• Abuse of the service, such as trying to break security, guess passcodes or overload the site.

Admins decide what appears on their page and who gets the passcode. Admins are responsible for the content on their page, including posts by members. Please review member posts and remove anything that breaks these rules.

If we find or are told about content that breaks these rules, we may:

• remove the content;
• pause the page, so it is not visible to visitors or members;
• suspend or close the account responsible.

Where we can, we will tell the admin first and explain why. For serious or illegal content we may act straight away and report it to the authorities.

If you see something on a page that breaks these rules, tell the page's admin. If that does not work, or the problem is serious, contact us using the details below. Include the page address and what is wrong.
