Terms of service

These terms apply when you use group121.com, whether you run a group page (an admin) or visit one (a member or visitor). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They work together with our privacy notice, acceptable use policy and refunds and cancellation policy.

group121.com lets admins build a public home page for a WhatsApp group, with a members area unlocked by a passcode. It can hold events, listings, documents and other information for the group.

group121.com is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. We only link to WhatsApp with its official links. We do not send or read WhatsApp messages, except a chat export that a group admin chooses to upload for import, which we process to suggest content for that page and delete within 7 days. By uploading one, an admin confirms they are allowed to share it and that the group's members know.

• You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure.
• Give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Admins are responsible for who they share their page's passcode with.

• You keep ownership of the content you add.
• You give us permission to store, display and copy your content as needed to run the service, for example to show your page to visitors and members.
• Only post content you have the right to share.
• Admins are responsible for their pages, including what members post there. All content must follow our acceptable use policy.
• We may remove content or pause pages that break these terms or the law.

• The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page.
• INR prices include 18% GST. Customers outside India are billed in USD.
• Plan prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. A price change applies to new subscriptions; we will tell you before it affects yours.
• Refunds and downgrades are covered in our refunds and cancellation policy.

We work to keep group121.com running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time. Please keep your own copies of important information; admins can export their page data at any time.

• You can stop using the service, delete your pages or delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by admins, members or visitors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell admins by email about significant changes. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
